Reblogged this on Max Stafford's Kennel and commented:
I felt I had to reblog this from PMPโs blog. A wonderful wee vignette that encapsulates the atmosphere of the 1970s railway away from the big cities.
Thanks Max, much appreciated! Really liking the weathering youโre turning out too, inspirational stuff.
Youโre welcome, Paul. That kind of two-way traffic is what makes the hobby so satisfying; itโs nice to give back too.
If Iโm honest Iโm yet to build a layout due to a planned relocation and all that involves.
As soon as Iโve dropped anchor in a new spot though, Iโll be getting started with something small and your โshelfiesโ are probably the most inspiring influences in my current line of though, both in styles and eras.
There you go; another round of thanks reciprocated! ๐
Lol, stay in touch!
